Dr. Boykin travelled to Annecy, France to attend the biennial International Shoulder Advanced Course. The meeting hosted shoulder surgeons from across the globe to discuss and review the latest techniques in shoulder surgery.
The course was directed by leading shoulder surgeon, Laurent Lafosse. Dr. Boykin completed a shoulder fellowship in Annecy with Dr. Lafosse in 2012 and is enjoys continued collaboration with the surgeons in Europe.
Dr. Boykin is picture here at the Annecy meeting with Dr. Jon JP Warner, chief of the Harvard Shoulder Service. Dr. Boykin trained with Dr. Warner during residency at Harvard and he has continued to be a great mentor and teacher.
