Dr. Boykin served as faculty at a recent meeting in Andover, Mass where he had the opportunity to teach the current orthopedic sports medicine fellows from across the country on arthroscopic (minimally invasive) surgery of the hip, shoulder, and knee.
The Wider Scope of Arthroscopy is an annual course sponsored by Smith and Nephew designed to expose the next generation of orthopedic sports medicine surgeons to cutting edge technology, surgery, and research.
Dr. Boykin was honored to have the chance give lectures, instruct in arthroscopic knot tying, and teach minimally invasive surgery in the lab through cadaveric demonstrations.
